Guidance for the moment the buyer asks.

IntellaOne helps sellers review contextual guidance during live sales conversations. It brings the right team context into view without taking over the conversation: the rep reviews every suggestion and decides what to say.

A live workflow that leaves the rep in charge

A buyer asks a question. IntellaOne identifies the moment and presents a compact piece of Live Guidance beside the conversation. The Tile can bring forward a relevant positioning point, proof point, discovery question, or Next Best Move. The seller reviews it, adapts it, ignores it, or moves the Tile out of the way.

The Tile is a surface for judgment, not an autonomous participant. In an illustrative competitor question, approved team positioning can support a suggested next move; the seller still decides whether and how to answer.

That is different from reviewing a recording later. Conversation intelligence can contribute useful prior-call history, while Live Guidance is focused on the decision a seller faces during the call.

Context, with a clear line between approved and exploratory

Teams can connect approved knowledge and selected sources so sellers can retrieve the material their organization wants used in the field. CRM and prior-history sources can add account, opportunity, contact, previous activity, and earlier-conversation context where configured.

IntellaOne Web Intelligence can provide attributed public-source research about competitor pages, pricing pages, and proof points. That research is not approved team messaging. Generated drafts and public research need review against their supporting sources before use.

RevOps, enablement, and product marketing teams configure the Workspace and source scope; sellers get a focused view of the context that is relevant to the conversation.

How IntellaOne uses data

Live meetings and connected systems

Zoom (Live) provides live transcript guidance through Zoom Realtime Media Streams (RTMS), without a participant bot. It requires the appropriate Zoom host or admin RTMS enablement, participant consent, signed RTMS start and stop events, and Zoom Developer Pack credits. Browser microphone capture remains an explicit fallback.

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams can provide meeting identity, participant information, and post-meeting or prior-conversation context where available, but they do not provide live transcripts to IntellaOne. They should not be treated as live-transcript sources.

Zoom (Live), Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Gong, and Claap are currently available catalog sources. HubSpot, Chorus, Notion, ZoomInfo, and monday.com are beta. Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook & Outlook Calendar, Asana, Jira, and Linear and other planned or coming-soon catalog connectors are unavailable. CRM write-back requires explicit rep initiation or approval: proposal approval authorizes proposal writes, while forwarding notes occurs only after an explicit rep action.

Data handling without pretending the trade-offs disappear

IntellaOne never records or stores call audio. Depending on call mode, speech recognition runs in the browser or audio is streamed to a speech provider in real time and discarded after transcription. Transcript text is processed by IntellaOne servers for Live Guidance and retained with the session.

Authorized Workspace context can be sent to third-party AI providers solely to provide requested features. Customer data is not used to train or fine-tune models. Model outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, so sellers should review suggestions and their supporting sources.

Connected tools sync under the user's credentials. CRM write-back requires explicit rep initiation or approval: proposal approval authorizes proposal writes, while forwarding notes occurs only after an explicit rep action. A clear rep-controlled step remains before structured outcomes enter the system of record.

FAQ

What is IntellaOne?

IntellaOne is a real-time sales execution platform. Its Live Guidance helps a seller bring relevant positioning, proof points, objection responses, and discovery questions into the conversation while the seller remains in control.

What does IntellaOne do?

It turns the context around a live conversation into guidance a rep can review: a suggested Next Best Move, supporting sources, and useful account or deal context. It suggests wording; it does not speak, send, or decide for the seller.

Who uses IntellaOne?

Sellers and account executives use it during conversations. RevOps, enablement, and product marketing teams configure the Workspace, connected context, and the approved information that supports their field teams.

When does IntellaOne operate?

It is designed to help during a live sales conversation, when a buyer asks a question or raises an objection. Connected history and approved sources can add context before and during the session; completed conversations can also inform later work.

What is the Tile?

The Tile is the compact Live Guidance surface beside the conversation. A seller can review a suggestion there, then minimize, reopen, or move it aside as the conversation requires.

What kinds of guidance can it provide?

Guidance can include positioning, proof points, competitor or objection responses, discovery questions, account and opportunity context, and suggested Next Best Move wording. Public-source research is a lead to review, not approved team messaging.

Where does its information come from?

It can use approved connected knowledge, CRM and prior-conversation history, and Workspace-configured context. IntellaOne Web Intelligence can surface attributed public research, which should be reviewed before a seller uses it.

What integrations does it support?

Zoom (Live), Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Gong, Claap, Zoom Recordings, and Google Drive are currently available catalog sources. HubSpot, Chorus, Notion, ZoomInfo, and monday.com are explicitly beta. Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook & Outlook Calendar, Asana, Jira, and Linear and other planned or coming-soon catalog connectors are unavailable until released.

How is it different from post-call conversation intelligence?

Post-call conversation intelligence helps teams understand what happened after a conversation. IntellaOne is built for the live moment: it can use approved context and prior history to give the seller something to review while the conversation is still happening.

How does it handle customer data?

IntellaOne never records or stores call audio. Speech recognition runs in the browser or audio streams to a speech provider in real time and is discarded after transcription. Transcript text is server-processed and retained with the session. Authorized context may be processed by third-party AI providers to provide requested features, and customer data is not used to train or fine-tune models.
