Your stack, in the moment.
Bring live conversations together with account, opportunity, buyer, prior-call, and approved-content context. IntellaOne connects to CRM, meeting, conversation intelligence, context, and workflow tools so reps can get relevant guidance during the conversation.
IntellaOne integrations supply account context, prior conversations, and selected team content for Live Guidance. They are optional sources, not autonomous sellers. Public-source research still needs review. CRM write-back requires explicit rep initiation or approval: proposal approval authorizes proposal writes, while forwarding notes occurs only after an explicit rep action.
Currently available integrations
- Zoom (Live) — Live Zoom transcript guidance through Zoom Realtime Media Streams (RTMS), with no participant bot. Browser microphone capture remains available as an explicit fallback.
- Google Meet — Attach Meet meeting identity and participants to live sessions, and import post-meeting transcripts into deal history.
- Microsoft Teams — Meetings you organize in Teams become prior-conversation context after they end, with attendance and available transcripts.
- Salesforce — The account, opportunity, and buyer behind every conversation — with approved completed call activity written back after it.
- HubSpot — Deal and contact context from HubSpot, with approved post-call notes and follow-up tasks flowing back.
- Gong — “Last call, this buyer raised concerns about implementation time.” Prior-call context, live in the current one.
- Chorus — Historical conversation intelligence from Chorus as live-call context.
- Claap — Completed workspace recordings, active transcripts, participants, and Claap analysis become prior-conversation context.
- Zoom Recordings — Past Zoom recordings and transcripts as deal history where no CI platform exists.
- Google Drive — Sync approved decks, one-pagers, and docs so answers cite the material your team already built.
- Notion — Turn your Notion wiki into a live answer source with page-level control.
- SharePoint — Approved enablement content from SharePoint document libraries.
- Confluence — Internal knowledge bases and playbooks as governed answer sources.
- IntellaOne Web Intelligence — IntellaOne's built-in public-source research scans competitor pages, pricing pages, and proof points. It provides attributed research leads for review, not approved team messaging.
- ZoomInfo — Company and contact enrichment so IntellaOne knows who's on the call and what their business looks like.
- Slack — Share curated industry insights to the Slack channels your workspace authorizes — every post is an explicit user action, and nothing is imported from Slack.
- monday.com — Follow-up commitments and next steps from a call become tracked items on the monday.com board you choose.
One conversation, many sources
Use Zoom for a live transcript, Salesforce or HubSpot for opportunity context, Gong and other conversation intelligence tools for prior-call history, and Google Drive for approved sales content. IntellaOne brings that context into Live Guidance while the conversation is happening.
Controlled data flow
Integration availability, permissions, authentication, and sync behavior are stated clearly in the catalog. Connected tools use your organization's credentials. CRM write-back requires explicit rep initiation or approval: proposal approval authorizes proposal writes, while forwarding notes occurs only after an explicit rep action.
