Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntellaOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Description of Service

IntellaOne provides AI-powered sales execution tools, including the Live Conversation Console, competitive intelligence, real-time Guidance, and configurable analytics for completed workspace conversations. Workspace owners and admins control analytics definitions, source scope, recipients, and delivery schedules. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at our discretion.

Account Registration

You may sign in using Google OAuth or with your email and a password. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, crawl, or collect Service data in bulk without permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to analyze authorized context and generate prospect research, greetings, talking points, competitive intelligence, and contextual guidance. Model outputs are probabilistic and are provided for informational purposes only; they are not statements of fact or autonomous decisions. Conversation analytics use deterministic matching and aggregation over completed conversation evidence, but their matches, counts, trends, and summaries may be incomplete, incorrectly scoped, or unsuitable for a particular decision. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness; you are responsible for reviewing supporting evidence before use or action.

Analytics Reports and Recipients

Workspace owners and admins may configure scheduled analytics email and select recipients. Reports contain aggregate findings and a link to supporting evidence rather than raw transcript excerpts. Evidence access remains subject to workspace authentication and permissions. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients, maintaining lawful authority to process conversation data, and ensuring recipients handle report information appropriately.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of IntellaOne are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data or content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Subscriptions and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntellaOne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
