So you want IntellaOne for your team.

Whether you're trying to ramp new reps faster, improve competitor question handling, standardize messaging, or make your best reps' approaches repeatable, setup takes about five minutes.

Here's how to get started.

Step 1: Create Your Workspace

Start by creating your IntellaOne workspace.

Your workspace becomes the central place where your team's guidance, messaging, competitor information, and call support live.

Most teams create one workspace per company.

Once created, invite anyone who will help manage sales content, including:

  • Revenue Operations
  • Sales Enablement
  • Product Marketing
  • Sales Leadership

You can always add more users later.

Step 2: Add Your Website

The fastest way to get started is by entering your company website.

IntellaOne analyzes your website and automatically generates a foundation for your workspace, including:

  • Core messaging
  • Value propositions
  • Product positioning
  • Company information

This gives you a starting point that can be refined later.

Most teams complete this step in under a minute.

Step 3: Add Competitors

Next, add the competitors your reps encounter most often.

Start with the top three to five competitors that appear in deals regularly.

For each competitor, IntellaOne generates:

  • Competitive summaries
  • Differentiators
  • Positioning guidance
  • Comparison points

If a competitor question comes up during a call, this information becomes available immediately.

Don't worry about adding every competitor on day one.

Start with the ones reps mention most often.

Step 4: Create Your Battlecards

Once competitors are added, review the generated battlecards.

This is where most teams make small adjustments to ensure messaging reflects how they actually sell.

Update:

  • Differentiators
  • Proof points
  • Customer examples
  • Positioning statements
  • Objection responses

If your RevOps team already maintains battlecards, this step is usually very quick.

Step 5: Add Common Questions

Think about the questions your reps answer repeatedly.

Examples:

  • How are we different from Competitor X?
  • Do you integrate with Salesforce?
  • How long does implementation take?
  • What does pricing typically look like?
  • How do you handle security?

Add the answers you want surfaced during live conversations.

Start with the twenty questions your team hears most often.

You can always expand later.

Step 6: Connect Your Calls

Install the meeting extension and connect your preferred meeting platform.

Most teams use:

  • Google Meet
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams

Once connected, IntellaOne can begin supporting reps during live conversations.

Setup typically takes less than two minutes.

Step 7: Test With One Rep

Before rolling out broadly, run a test call.

Ask a rep to:

  • Mention competitors
  • Raise common objections
  • Ask product questions
  • Simulate a real customer conversation

This allows you to verify that the right guidance appears at the right moments.

Most teams discover a few small tweaks they want to make before launch.

Step 8: Roll Out to a Pilot Group

Choose a small group of reps.

Good pilot groups include:

  • New hires
  • Mid-market teams
  • Teams entering a new market
  • Reps handling competitive deals

A pilot group lets you gather feedback quickly without introducing change across the entire organization.

Step 9: Review Usage After the First Week

After a week, review:

  • Most surfaced questions
  • Frequently triggered competitors
  • Missing responses
  • Rep feedback

This is usually where the biggest improvements happen.

The first week shows you what buyers actually ask—not what you assumed they would ask.

Step 10: Expand Across the Team

Once the pilot is working well, invite the rest of the organization.

At this point most teams have:

  • Competitor guidance loaded
  • Core messaging standardized
  • Common objections covered
  • Frequently asked questions documented

The result is a system that helps every rep access the same information at the moment they need it.

No searching through documents.

No Slack messages to managers.

No guessing.

Just the right guidance, inside the conversation.
